Seven heat-sealed sachets of suspected shabu valued at around  P47,600 were seized in a buy-bust operation at Barra Bat-os, located in Silay City’s Barangay Mambulac last Monday night.

Silay City Police Station OIC, Police Major Rollie Pondevilla, identified the suspect as 27-year-old John Donieza of Zamora Street, Barangay 3, Silay City.

Police also confiscated the P3,500 in buy-bust money.

The suspect was detained at the Silay City Police Station and charged in violation of RA 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./WDJ
