A drug offender was arrested around 8:30 a.m. yesterday in Manapla town’s Barangay 2.

Manapla Police Station OIC chief, Police Captain Jaynick Bermudez, identified the suspect as 18-year-old Carl Dulos Allen of the town’s Barangay Punta Mesa.

Police served the suspect an arrest warrant for violation of Sections 5 and 11 of RA 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 issued by Judge Leonardo Facultad of the Regional Trial Court-Branch 69 in Silay City dated August 6, 2020.

The suspect was detained at the Manapla Police Station Police Station./WDJ
