Toboso police served an arrest warrant last Wednesday to a 25-year-old man facing attempted rape charges in the town’s Barangay Poblacion.

Toboso Police Station OIC, Police Lieutenant Paul Kenneth Magan, identified the suspect as Jomar Siacor of Purok Kawayan in the town’s Barangay Magticol.

Police said they served Magan’s arrest warrant for the crime of attempted rape issued by Judge Estefanio Libutan of the Regional Trial Court-Branch 57 in San Carlos City, which includes a P120,000 bail bond.

The suspect is presently detained at the Toboso Police Station./WDJ
