The Bacolod City government recently announced they have partnered with Universal Structural Health Evaluation and Recording System (USHER) Technologies to develop sanitation chambers for the city in an effort to combat the coronavirus disease, or Covid-19.
USHER Technologies is a structural health monitoring system.
The chambers are expected to include a foot bath of soap and bleach solution, along with a misting machine with a disinfectant solution.
Once a prototype is approved, chambers will be set up at areas of high contact such as hospitals, the Bacolod City Government Center, and Covid Centers.
The City Engineer’s Office is currently working on the project with volunteer engineers./WDJ
