The Bacolod City Water District (Baciwa) recently sent out an advisory, noting, under an enhanced community quarantine, which Negros Occidental Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson said would begin on Monday, March 30, the utility firm will be closing their office at Galo-San Juan Streets along with temporarily suspending the distribution of water bills.
Additionally, they said meter readings for March and April are suspended.
Once the quarantine is lifted, consumers will be billed on an average of their consumption over the previous three months. (PR)
