Four people were arrested Monday in Barangay Sta. Monica, located in Iloilo City’s City Proper district. Authorities identified the arrested as 40-year-old Joemarie Nemenzo, 32-year-old Ereneo Villanueva, 39-year-old Jeffrey Solinap, and 22-year-old Francisco Perez, all of the said neighborhood.

The group was arrested after police caught them drinking along the roadside, a violation of Executive Order No. 55, which imposes social distancing rules on the city.

The four are currently detained at Iloilo City Police Station 1./WDJ
