Negros Occidental Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson and Bacolod City Mayor Evelio Leonardia met last Tuesday at the Provincial Capitol to integrate their respective measures against the coronavirus disease, or Covid-19. The two sought to coordinate executive orders and other policies pertaining to the virus.
The pair worked on fast-tracking the delivery of food and medical supplies to personnel manning checkpoints across the province.
Meanwhile, they also discussed how to fast-track the passage of vehicles carrying food, medical supplies and other essential goods and products in order not to hamper vital services./WDJ
