Police arrested a drug dealer last Monday along Ledesma Street in Iloilo City’s City Proper district. Authorities identified the arrested as 23-year-old Rosebel Nisnisan of Barangay Sto. Niño in the city’s Arevalo district.
According to police, the suspect was nabbed around 9:35 p.m. after they sold a sachet of suspected shabu for P1,500 to an undercover poseur-buyer. Following a subsequent search, law enforcement officials recovered two more sachets of suspected shabu worth P1,500.
The drug offender is currently detained at Iloilo City Police Station 1 and charged in violation of RA 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./WDJ
