Ryan Mark Molina of STI-West Negros University was unopposed in his recent reelection as NOPSSCEA president.
“I was telling some close friends there are a lot of things in store for NOPSSCEA – too much to do – yet too little time,” Molina said. “Two years, I would say, is not enough for a person with goals and heart for NOPSSCEA.”
“We develop young athletes through our developmental programs,” he added. “Believe me, there are a lot of opportunities for NOPSSCEA.”
