One man was arrested over the weekend at Bangga Ice Plant, located at Purok 3 in Himamaylan City’s Barangay IV. Authorities identified the arrested suspect as 39-year-old Blas Jaime Quiquiles of the said neighborhood.
After transacting with a poseur-buyer, police confiscated four sachets of suspected shabu worth P20,000 from the suspect, along with buy-bust items.
The suspect is detained at the Himamaylan City Police Station and charged in violation of RA 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./WDJ
