Police arrested Lambunao’s most wanted criminal on Saturday in Barangay Aglalana, located in Dumarao, Capiz. Authorities identified the individual as 38-year-old Roden Libuna of the town’s Barangay Cabatangan.
Law enforcement officials served him an arrest warrant on robbery with homicide charges.
Libuna is currently being held at Dumarao Police Station and is not eligible for bail./WDJ
