The remains of a man were found Monday morning under a bridge in Candoni’s Barangay East. After the Candoni Rescue Unit and Candoni municipal police retrieved the body, he was identified by relatives as 33-year-old Loville Ramos Liboon of the said town.
According to investigators, the man was said to be drunk and had drowned.
Candoni Municipal Police Station chief, Police Captain Richard Pajarito, said authorities continue to look into the case and are considering either foul play or suicide./DGB, WDJ
