The most wanted criminal in Barotac Viejo was arrested on Sunday in San Joaquin’s Barangay Tapikan. Authorities identified the suspect as 25-year-old Roen Ledesma of Barotac Viejo’s Barangay Bugnay.
He is detained at the Barotac Viejo Police Station on rape charges.
No bail was set for his case./WDJ
