A 16-year-old was nabbed Saturday afternoon following a buy-bust operation at Purok Lampirong in Bacolod City’s Barangay 2. Police have requested anonymity for the suspect but confirmed they are a resident of Purok Masagana, located in the said barangay, and considered a street-level drug target.
Based on a report released by Police Station 2 (PS2), the minor was apprehended after selling one sachet of suspected shabu in exchange for P500. A subsequent search yielded a total of nine sachets of suspected shabu, suspected drug money amounting to P1,000, and drug paraphernalia.
The seized illicit substance was valued at P50,000.
The minor has since been turned over to the city’s Social Development Center./DGB, WDJ
