Ilonggo drug offender found dead in Bacolod City

The remains of a suspected drug offender from Iloilo were found yesterday morning by local residents in an empty lot in Bacolod City’s Barangay Cabug. Through identification found in the victim’s possession, authorities were able to identify the fatality as Nathan Serudo of Pavia, Iloilo.
Police Station 9 (PS9) commander, Police Captain Jonito Pastrana, said, based on information received from their counterparts in Iloilo, the individual in question was considered a “notorious high-value drug target.”
Initial examinations revealed Serudo had been hogtied and shot multiple times.
Law enforcement officials recovered several empty 9mm and .45 caliber shells from the crime scene.
A local who lives near the crime scene claimed to have heard several gunshots around 2:00 a.m.
