An alleged rapist was captured by police last Tuesday along Magsaysay Street in Talisay City’s Barangay Zone 6. Authorities identified the suspect as 52-year-old  Domingo Bionat of the city’s Barangay Zone 10.

In addition to the rape accusations, an arrest warrant was issued against the suspect last year by Judge Walter Zorilla of the Regional Trial Court-Branch 51 on sexual assault charges.

The suspect is currently detained at the Talisay City Police Station with bail set at P120,000./WDJ
