A man was found dead at the Guimbal Public Market earlier this week. Authorities identified the fatality as 33-year-old Romdick Rey Dela Cruz of Carles, Iloilo.

According to police, the victim’s body was found by a coworker, 27-year-old Jennel Agsamosan.

Law enforcement personnel report the victim sustained a stab wound to his chest.
