The Negros Occidental Police Provincial Office (NOPPO) received a public address system from the Provincial Advisory Council for Police Transformation and Development-NOPPO (PACPTD-NOPPO) during a recent flag-raising ceremony at Camp Alfredo M. Montelibano Sr.’s Kanlaon Hall in Bacolod City.
The system, which includes two speakers, an amplifier, and two microphones, will be placed in a hall, where PNP seminars, lectures, and trainings are often held.
PACPTD-NOPPO chairman, Pastor Celino Villarete, and Vice Chair Luzviminda Valdez formally turned over the equipment to NOPPO deputy administration director, Police Lt. Colonel Adrian Acollador./WDJ
