DITC technical training program underway in Victorias City

The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), in coordination with the office of Negros Occidental third district Rep. Francisco Benitez, recently launched their second digitaljobsPH technical training in the province, a program intended to create information and communication technology jobs in far-flung areas, in Victorias City.
Twenty five trainees from across the city are currently taking part in a 27-day computer technology training.
Victorias City Councilor Derek Palanca, who spoke during the program launch last Monday, called the training “an opportunity for the Victoriahanon participants.”
The program is set to conclude on March 6.
Last year, 20 trainees from across the Talisay City underwent a six-day training and 21-day online campaign./WDJ
