The Negros Occidental Police Provincial Office (NOPPO) is offering a reward for information leading to the arrest of the top suspected drug group leaders in the province. According to NOPPO director, Police Colonel Romeo Baleros, the reward can range up to P200,000 for each wanted individual, which will be sourced from their intelligence.
The law enforcement official added, they will also seek additional assistance from local government units.
Earlier, Baleros identified five drug groups operating in the province, namely the Divinagracia, Bertucio, Burgos, Mangontawar, and Ramos drug groups.
He previously offered a P200,000 reward to anybody who could help arrest Silay City’s top suspected drug personality, Michael Divinagracia.
In addition, Silay City Mayor Mark Golez committed an additional P300,000 reward to anyone who could lead them to suspected drug group leader.
Most of the drug offenders arrested in Silay City claimed Divinagracia was their source, Baleros added./DGB, WDJ
