P20K worth of shabu confiscated in Punta Taytay

At least P20,000 worth of suspected shabu was seized early yesterday morning following a buy-bust operation at Purok Seawall in Bacolod City’s Barangay Punta Taytay. Police identified the arrested as 35-year-old Ryan Carnecer, a resident of the said community.
Police Station 9 (PS9) commander, Police Lieutenant Jonito Pastrana, said the suspect was identified as a street-level drug target by the station and had been under surveillance for some time.
The police official also said the suspect had previously surrendered to authorities in Escalante City but Carnecer continued conducting his illicit business.
Authorities recovered a total three plastic sachets of suspected shabu from the suspect.
Carnecer faces illegal drugs charges and is presently detained at PS9./DGB, WDJ
