Power Interruption in the Service Area

The Central Negros Electric Cooperative Inc. (Ceneco) informs consumers that maintenance activity will be conducted, which will result in power interruptions.

Date: Today (January 31), from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon
Reason(s): Primary line conversion; concrete pole and distribution transformer installation
Affected Areas:
6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.: Magsaysay Road (from north of the Talisay substation to the highway); Technological University of the Philippines-Visayas; Rafael B. Lacson Memorial High School; Talisay Elementary School; Talisay Water District; Carmela Valley Homes; TESDA Regional Training Center; Ceneco Talisay Sub-office; Barangays Zone 4A, Zone 16 (Sitio Mambukog), Bubog (Sitio Nacab), and Zone 2, Barrio Catabla, Baricutot, Gamboa Subdivision, San Lorenzo Ruiz Village, New City Hall, Villa Carmela Subdivision, Hacienda Buen Retiro, Sitio Bubog, Kooll Co. Inc., and St. Paul Village

10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon: Portions of B.S. Aquino Drive, Narra Avenue, and C.L. Montelibano Avenue; Barangay Villamonte

Electricity consumers are further advised, in the event of any power interruption, electrical switch/es should be turned off for safety reasons. When the electricity supply resumes, please provide allowance of about 10 to 15 minutes before switching on all electrical appliances and facilities to avoid power surge.
