Tay Tung dominates badminton tournament

Bacolod Tay Tung High School athletes dominated the Dinagyang Badminton Cup 2020, which took place over the weekend at the Citi Sports Badminton Center in Iloilo City. Sean Justin de Jesus won two competitions, taking both the 18-and-Under Men’s tournament and the doubles event with Lance Uy.
Prior to the competition, de Jesus won both the elementary boys’ doubles and secondary boys’ doubles competitions at the Western Visayas Regional Athletic Association Meet.
The competition, an official event of the annual Dinagyang Festival, made its return in 2020 following a three-year hiatus./ASC, WDJ
