The Silay City Police Station seized a total of P165,000 worth of suspected shabu following two drug busts last Thursday.
Around 1:30 p.m., Edgardo Fuentes Bigbig (alias ‘Boyboy’) and Loreime Melecoton Martinez were arrested at Sitio Dapdap in Barangay Lantad after authorities confiscated 10 sachets of suspected shabu, P4,500 in buy-bust money, P4,000 in boodle money, one mobile phone, and other drug paraphernalia.
The impounded goods weighed a total six grams and are valued at P90,000.
Meanwhile, an additional P75,000 worth of suspected shabu was seized at the Villa Carmen Subdivision in Barangay 5 from Ryan Abdullah Wong John and Tony Precioso Wong.
Police seized seven heat-sealed sachets of suspected shabu, P4,500 in buy-bust money, and P4,000 in boodle money.
The total haul weight around five grams.
All four are detained at Silay City Police Station and charged in violation of RA 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./WDJ
