Negros Occidental provincial administrator, Atty. Rayfrando Diaz, who also heads the Negros Occidental Provincial Bids and Awards Committee, revealed pre-bidding for the proposed P10 million muscovado factory in Kabankalan City is scheduled for next month, February 4.
He noted, the Department of Agriculture-Philippine Rural Development Project venture already has two bidders.
The project, while will be maintained by local farmer cooperatives, is one of several projects being funded by the World Bank./DGB, WDJ
