A 30-year-old woman was arrested yesterday at a boarding house in Pavia’s Barangay Purok 2 after she caught her live-in partner with another woman. Authorities took Frell Suprescencia into custody at 9:15 a.m.
According to police, after the suspect found her partner, 34-year-old Edcell Gimeno, in bed with another woman, she grabbed a knife and initially attempted to stab the victim; however, a struggle ensued between the two and she eventually stabbed him in the stomach.
Law enforcement said the suspect had not returned home earlier after the two were involved in a misunderstanding.
Suprescencia is currently detained at the Pavia Police Station./WDJ
