Reshuffling planned for January

Philippine National Police (PNP) officer-in-charge, Lt. General Archie Francisco Gamboa, said he is presently satisfied with the performance of Police Regional Office-6 (PRO-6) director, Police Brigadier General Rene Pamuspusan.
The PNP official, who paid a visit to PRO-6 headquarters at Camp Martin Delgado in Iloilo City last week, said Pamuspusan’s satisfactory performance and leadership was due to the support he has been receiving from the regional director’s personnel.
Gamboa also lauded the strong command group and regional staff.
The acting PNP chief also revealed he is planning to conduct a reshuffling of regional police directors next month.
Pamuspusan earlier presented his accomplishments since taking the post last June and said the regional police made progress with anti-insurgency operations with five New People’s Army rebels arrests, along with one insurgent killed and five others surrendered to PRO-6 personnel./DGB, WDJ
