The “Top 5 Most Wanted” in Hinigaran town was arrested by police around 10:45 p.m. on Tuesday at Zone 1 in the town’s Barangay Tagda.

Joemax Tan Laurel, 29, single and resident of the barangay, was arrested through the strength of arrest warrant issued by Judge Walter Zorilla, presiding judge of Regional Trial Court, branch 65 in Himamaylan City, for the crime of murder.

The court did not grant bail bond for the suspect’s temporary liberty and he was detained in the lockup cell of the Hinigaran PNP for proper disposition./WDJ
