Pringle looking
forward to the finals

Barangay Ginebra San Miguel guard Stanley Pringle expressed his excitement for the upcoming 2019 PBA Governors’ Cup finals, which begin next Tuesday, January 7. The best-of-seven series against the Meralco Bolts will be his first PBA finals experience.
“It’s real big, it’s my first finals appearance,” he said. “I’m going to give everything I have.”
The Filipino-American player pointed out, the break between the end of the semifinals and the finals offers a chance to recuperate.
“I’ll try to get my legs back as soon as possible,” Pringle said. “I think that would be the perfect amount of time to get my knee back.”
“I expect everybody to be healthy and ready to go,” he added. “It should be an exciting finals.”
Pringle also discussed making the finals after defeating NorthPort Batang Pier, where he played for several seasons prior to joining Barangay Ginebra.
“We’re all brothers off the court,” he said. “When it comes to that, I want them to play hard, they want me to play hard.”/ASC, WDJ
