Ahead of hosting the 2021 Palarong Pambansa, Negros Occidental Vice Governor Jeffrey Ferrer, who is currently serving as acting governor, said the Panaad Stadium needs a “facelift.” He said the facility needs an upgrade in order to be fit to host a national sports event.
The provincial official issued the statement in connection with the P133 million allocated by the provincial government for repairs and improvements to the sports facility.
