Negrense guard Edgar Charcos, a former University of the East and University of Perpetual Help System DALTA-Atlas standout, is set to join the Bacolod Master Sardines in the ongoing 2019-2020 Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League Lakan Cup.
Originally from La Carlota City, he recently participated in the PBA Rookie Draft but was not selected.
