Colegio de Sta. Ana de Victorias (CSAV) scored their third-straight Negros Occidental Private Schools Sports, Cultural, and Educational Association (NOPSSCEA) tertiary men’s basketball title yesterday after sweeping STI–West Negros University (STI-WNU) in their best-of-three game final series. CSAV pulled off a 79-64 win in Game 2 at the Visayan Maritime Academy-Global College gym in Bacolod City’s Barangay Sum-ag.
