A drug personality was arrested around 9:45 p.m. on Tuesday at J.Y Perez Highway in Purok 6 in Kabankalan City’s Barangay 2.

Police identified the suspect as Alfredo Zayco Bustamante III alias “Third,” 40, married, and a resident of Himamaylan City’s Barangay 12.

Police confiscated eight heat sealed of suspected shabu including the buy-bust item worth P200,000 and other drug paraphernalia.

The suspect is detained at Kabankalan City PNP and charged with violation of Republic Act 9165, or Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./WDJ
