At least P1.8 million worth of suspected shabu was confiscated yesterday afternoon following a buy-bust operation in Bacolod City’s Barangay Pahanocoy.
Police identified the arrested suspect as 25-year-old Kimberly Berbor, a resident of the city’s Barangay 30.
Police Station 8 (PS8) commander, Police Major Charles Gever, said Berbor had been under surveillance for weeks as she was tagged a high-value drug target.
The station commander said the suspect did not stop selling illegal drugs despite her live-in partner being arrested on similar charges last October.
Authorities recovered a total of seven big sachets of illegal drugs with a total weight of 150 grams, along with buy-bust money amounting to P2,000.
Berbor faces illegal drugs charges and is detained at PS8./DGB, WDJ
