A former village watchman was arrested in a buy-bust operation around 3:20 p.m. on Tuesday at Purok Malipayon in Cadiz City’s Barangay Zone 12.

Suspect Romulo Bacroya alias “Jotay,” 45, a resident of the place, was arrested by Cadiz City police, confiscating three heat sealed of suspected shabu worth P5,000.

The suspect is detained at Cadiz City PNP and charged with violation of Republic Act 9165, or Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./WDJ
