Police Regional Office-Central Luzon (PRO-3) deputy administration director, Police Brigadier General Leonardo Cesneros, visited the Negros Occidental Police Provincial Office (NOPPO) last Friday to tout “My Brother’s Keeper,” the Philippine National Police (PNP) cleaning program.
The visit was part of a sentimental journey to previous assignments from his career. The law enforcement official previously served as deputy operations director and administration director for the now-dissolved PRO-18.
The cleansing program launch was held at NOPPO to coincide with the visit.
“My Brother’s Keeper” focuses on the prevention of misdemeanors by police officers and promoting family-oriented and God-centered policing.
Meanwhile, a seminar was held that focused on the PNP memorandum circular pertaining to implementation of the program, which was attended by religious leaders of different denominations who will act as life coaches for the police, along with squad leaders from NOPPO and the Bacolod City Police Office./DGB, WDJ
