An estimated P240,000 worth of suspected shabu was confiscated yesterday afternoon following a buy-bust operation as Purok Sigay in Bacolod City’s Barangay 2.
Police identified the arrested suspects as 21-year-old John Paul Diaz and 21-year-old Larry Tulmo, both residents of the said area.
Bacolod City Police Office (BCPO) spokesperson, Police Lt. Colonel Ariel Pico, said the two were arrested after they sold one sachet of suspected shabu to an undercover cop in exchange for P500.
Police Station 3 (PS3) anti-drug operatives conducted a follow-up search which yielded a total six sachets of suspected shabu, weighing around 16 grams; a coin purse; and the P500 buy-bust money.
The suspects face illegal drugs charges and are presently detained at PS3./DGB, WDJ
