Bacolod City earns three golds

The track and field team for Area 7, which represents Bacolod City, won three gold medals at Palarong Panlalawigan 2019 earlier this week in Bago City.
Kyla Joe Loredo won the secondary girls’ 400-meter dash, Jennifer Hudierez captured the secondary girls’ 100-meter hurdles, and Franzine Alamo took the secondary girls’ long jump.
“I am happy for Kyla because her prayers, hardwork, and patience have paid off,” said Area 7 head coach Addy Arca.
Other winners included Brineth Padroncillo Cupan, who won bronze in the secondary girls’ 400-meter dash; Ara Delotavo captured a silver medal in the secondary girls’ 100-meter hurdles; and Antonette Jay Aguillon took bronze in the secondary girls’ long jump./ASC, WDJ
