At least P405,000 worth of suspected shabu was confiscated early yesterday morning following a buy-bust operation at Abada Escay in Bacolod City’s Barangay Vista Alegre.
Police identified the arrested suspects as 23-year-old Hector ‘Chong’ Vivas and 53-year-old Eman Jimena, both residents of the said area.
Police Station 3 (PS3) commander, Police Major Ruel Culanag, said they arrested both suspects after they sold one sachet of suspected shabu to a police poseur-buyer in exchange for P1,000.
A search yielded a total eight sachets of suspected shabu weighing around 27 grams, a coin purse, a digital weighing scale, and the P1,000 buy-bust money.
