At least seven people were injured after a tricycle fell from an eight-foot high cliff yesterday afternoon in Hinigaran’s Barangay Gargato.
As of press time, police have yet to identify the victims who were immediately rushed to the hospital for treatment.
Based on initial investigations carried out by Hinigaran municipal police, the tricycle, which was carrying Christmas decorations, was heading south towards town proper.
The tricycle then reportedly fell off the cliff and landed in a sugarcane field.
Hinigaran police are presently continuing their investigation into the accident./DGB, WDJ
