Manager: The Philippines will win gold in women’s basketball

Basketball competition manager Bernie Atienza predicted the Philippines women’s basketball team will take home gold in this year’s Southeast Asian Games.
The women’s 3×3 team won gold earlier this week.
“We will win it this time,” she affirmed. “This time around, we’re ready.
“We have the readiness and strength as per my assessment,” the Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas official added.
The Philippine roster includes Jack Animam, Afril Bernardino, Janine Pontejos, Claire Castro, Kelli Hayes, France Mae Cabinbin, Danica Jose, Ana Alicia Castillo, Ria Joy Nabalan, Marizza Tongco, and Eunique Chan.
