A 31-year old man is detained in Police Station 1 (PS1) for the alleged hold-up of a 24-year old saleslady in the city’s Barangay 35, Monday evening.

The suspect was identified as Mark Leo Bunda, resident of the city’s Barangay Alijis.

Police said that Kimberly Kay Junio, an employee of Chooks to Go, reported to PS1 alleging that the P5,055 sales proceed of the store was taken from her by the suspect at knifepoint.

The suspect tried to escape after the incident but he was caught by several bystanders in the area./WDJ
