LOPTTA-USLS collects several NOPSSCEA medals

Lopue’s Table Tennis Association- University of St. La Salle (LOPTTA-USLS) concluded the 39th Negros Occidental Private Schools Sports Cultural Educational Association (NOPSSCEA) table tennis event with four gold and four silver medals, along with one bronze medal.
Mariella Mabaquiao, Angeli Bayang, Cherrica Michelle Uytiepo, Alyssa Kyla Tolosa, Ashley Ann Santander, and Catherine Samson won the women’s team event; while Nelgen Ablao, Elijah David Bomban, Jopet Epe, Rodney Jarder, Jr., and John Rey Cantero took silver in the men’s competition.
Meanwhile, Micah Tanate won the girls’ singles title, LOPTTA-USLS took second place in both the secondary boys’ and girls’ competition, while Mark Lantabora won a bronze medal.
In addition, LOPTTA-USLS won their second consecutive elementary boys’ contest, Anton Andre Bayona won gold in the singles event, and Joaquin Bragania captured silver.
Coach Marell Lagunday-Alvarez also made a dedication to team member Christian Miguel Java, who passed away alongside his mother, grandmother, and nanny.
