Tay Tung dominates NOPSSCEA gymnastics competition

Bacolod Tay Tung High School recently dominated the Negros Occidental Private Schools Sports Cultural Educational Association (NOPSSCEA) gymnastic competition after winning 10 gold medals and one silver.
Matthea Given Efenio medaled in the elementary girls’ division, winning the individual all-around in rhythmic gymnastics, along with winning the free hand, rope, ball, and ribbon events.
Meanwhile, Kiana Alagaban won four gold medals and one silver in the secondary girls’ event.
In other sports, Kenbert William won gold in the secondary division taekwondo competition.
In this NOPSSCEA event, Tay Tung has won secondary boys’ basketball, elementary boys’ basketball, secondary girls’ volleyball, secondary girls’ beach volleyball, secondary girls’ athletics, elementary boys’ athletics, elementary girls’ chess, elementary boys’ chess, elementary boys’ badminton, and elementary girls’ aero gymnastics contests./ASC, WDJ
