USLS defends NOPSSCEA futsal title

The University of St. La Salle (USLS) retained the Negros Occidental Private Schools Sports Cultural Educational Association (NOPSSCEA) ladies’ Under-17 futsal title following their recent 3-0 win over St. Scholastica’s Academy at the Bacolod City National High School gym.
Justine Marie Mamon scored all three goals.
Also making the USLS roster were Liliana Paula Artillo, Andrea Margareth Estocado, Pia Poblador, Maian Asher Zolayvar, Alexandra Jareno, Maxene Marie Silverio, Asia Agsam, Kyoko Kitagawa, Cindy Poblador, Andrea Medallo, Kaezeanne Kim Lachica, Anya Arnaez, Maria Ysabel Estrellas, and Trisha Blanca.
Meanwhile, Don Bosco Technical Institute took third place in the NOPSSCEA competition after beating the St. John’s Institute in the consolation match./ASC, WDJ
