Two street-level drug suspects were arrested late Sunday night following a buy-bust operation at Purok 5 in Bacolod City’s Barangay Singcang-Airport.
Police identified the arrested suspects as 47-year-old Wilson Alparito and 37-year-old Ian Moreno, both residents of the said area.
Police Station 8 (PS8) commander, Police Major Charles Gever, said the arrests took place after they sold one sachet of suspected shabu in exchange for P500.
A follow-up search yielded an additional six elongated sachets of suspected shabu with a total market value of P20,000.
Both suspects face illegal drugs charges and are detained at PS8./DGB, WDJ
