Stallion Laguna boots PAF

Stallion Laguna FC booted Philippine Air Force FC from the 2019 Copa Paulino Alcántara with their 2-1 victory last week at the Aboitiz Pitch in Lipa City, Batangas.
Air Force FC drew first blood with defender Alexandro Elnar scoring in the 35th minute; however, midfielder Fitch Arboleda and striker Nathaniel Alquiros successfully converted penalty kicks to give Stallion Laguna the advantage.
Following their earlier 5-0 loss to defending cup champions Kaya FC-Iloilo, PAF was eliminated from the competition.
In Group A, Mendiola FC scored a 1-0 win over Green Archers United last week
Meanwhile, Copa Paulino Alcántara resumes tomorrow with Stallion Laguna FC battling Kaya FC-Iloilo and Ceres-Negros FC meeting Green Archers United./ASC, WDJ
