Ceres comes from behind to beat the PHL U-22 team

Ceres-Negros FC recovered from their earlier draw against Mendiola FC with a 2-1 come-from-behind win over the Philippines men’s U-22 national football team in the Copa Paulino Alcántara at the Biñan Football Stadium in Laguna.
Midfielder Yrik Galantes, who is currently on loan to Scottish outfit Gala Fairydean Rovers FC, opened scoring for the U-22 squad in the 30th minute.
The Bacolod City-based club went into halftime down 1-0.
Into the second half, Ceres midfielder Dylan de Bruycker found the equalizer in the 61st minute.
Four minutes before the end of regulation time, striker Robert Lopez Mendy gave the Negrense side a 2-1 lead.
Elsewhere in the group, Mendiola FC scored a 1-0 win over Green Archers United.
The two winning clubs currently sit atop Group A./ASC, WDJ
