Bacolod Tay Tung High School recently captured the U-15 category of the 1st Asenso Silay Mayor’s Cup Invitational Basketball League at the Silay Gym. League MVP Nathan Jundana led the Bacolod City-based squad in their 79-77 win over MF Computer Solutions.
“This championship is a good for the team,” said Tay Tung coach Dexter Dy. “We are measuring hanggang saan ang kakayanin namin (We are measuring how far we can go).”
Also making the Tay Tung roster were Heinz Gabriel Demisana, Rafael Albert Ledesma, Mike Lebron Estelloso, Christian James Juguan, Thomas Pillado, Adrielle Vince Binguan, Johanan Raymond Castiller, Dylan Benedict Despi, Marvin delos Santos, Joshua Farahmir Dignadice, Carl Jalea, Jose Palafox, Toni Siglos, Ron Bedonia, Vince Hugo, and Kian Ramos.
