The Bacolod Master Sardines of the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League (MPBL) recently paid a visit to the Bacolod City Government Center ahead of their MPBL home game at the University of St. La Salle Coliseum tomorrow, September 21.
The team was welcomed by City Councilor Renecito Novero, who is serving as acting mayor; alongside City Councilor Israel Salanga and George Zulueta.
According to Zulueta, the city government will provide transportation and security for the event, along with a medical team and ambulances on standby.
A double-header is scheduled for game day with the Bacolod Master Sardines meeting the Soccsksargen Marlins and the Davao Occidental Tigers taking on Basilan Steel./WDJ
